Embroidery
for Your Business,

- Ordering
embroidery is a fairly simple process:
- Enter
the number of hats, visors, or shirts you want embroidered with
your design.
- Minimum order is 12 at $4.50
ea. You can order less than
that, but the charge is still for 12 pcs.
- The first Discount is at 72
pcs. for $3.00 ea. If you
need a 2nd
location embroidery,
such as over the hole in the back or along the side,
the cost is an additional
$2.00 per hat.
- If you have
any text in your design, look over this list of standard
embroidery fonts and decide which one you want for your design.

- Let us know when you email
your design to us. We will ask you later which one you want when
we confirm everything with you.
- If your logo needs to be digitized
for embroidery, the cost is Retail: $35 for the first 8,000
stitches.
- Most logos are well under 8,000 stitches, but if your logo
is bigger than that, the additional cost is Retail: $6 per
thousand.
This is a one-time fee. You will not need to pay this for
subsequent orders using the same design.
- If you already have a Digitized file, email it to us.
There is no charge if you already have one.
- We will call you when we get your
order and send you a confirmation of your design and the details
before we start. Once we have your final okay, we will start the
work.
- Usually it takes 2 to 3 weeks to finish an order, but that
can vary according to the season or the complexity and size of
your order

Screen Printing for Your Business, Sports Team, Promotion Events,

- 5 Panel Caps
or Apparel can be used for Screen Printing
- Enter the number of hats you want
screen-printed. Minimum order is 72 pcs. They can be a mixture
of any styles; it just has to be the same screen print.
- Enter the number of colors you
want. Each additional color cost 80₵ per hat
- When
finished, email your artwork to logos@capsandvisors.com.
If your artwork needs to be converted to an acceptable art
format, the artwork fee is Retail: $25.00. (see: acceptable
art formats)
